At Kin + Carta, designers could develop and present different training modules during monthly design meetings. I chose to do a presentation on Conversation UX, which was a hot topic at the time, with the rise of ChatGPT and other LLMs.

Overview
With some guidance and auditing from fellow UX Designer Kate Ardelan, I researched conversational UX and distilled what I learned into an hour-long presentation. I lead and fostered discussion of this topic amongst about 20 of my fellow design peers and leads. It was a lot of fun, and the presentation was recorded as a VOD for internal training at K+C! 💪
