  • Worked with clients such as Magellan Midstream Partners, Broadnet, Auto Approve and Starz, delivering tailored UX solutions such as enterprise software suites and SaaS product models that enhanced user engagement and satisfaction, reduced costly errors and training time, and provided more customer and user insights.

  • Provided UX Designs within an Agile development team on various interactive web apps, training courseware, and instructional designs, for government clients such as the JDTC, TRADOC G-8, and Veterans Affairs, maintaining strict data and content privacy without sacrificing delightful design and outcomes.
  • Developed design and usability improvements for TRADOC’s ODIN training content system, which increased its monthly users by over 200%.
  • Created visually-arresting animated and interactive courseware for Veteran’s Affairs which increased user retention and improved learner assessment scores.
